• I participate in the WINTERMAN XTREME TRIATHLON 2022 race of my own free will and at my own risk. • With my online registration, I confirm that I have familiarized myself with the rules of the race, which are listed in the Race Manual available on www.czxtri.com • The organiser neither bears the responsibility for the triathlete and his/her safety during the race nor bears the responsibility for his/her personal belongings. • During the race I will follow the national rules of road traffic and health protection (the competitor is obliged to use a safety helmet and possibly other safety elements during the cycling part) • I declare that throughout the whole race I will be given "Support", ie. assistance in accordance with the terms and conditions of the race by (name of the support specified during online registration). • I give my consent to WINTERMAN s.r.o. to process and record personal data in accordance with all provisions of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data as amended and Act No. 133/2000 Coll. on population registration. • I give my consent to the WINTERMAN s.r.o. company to process and record personal data in the sense of all provisions of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data as amended and Act No. 133/2000 Coll. on civil registration. • I also give my consent to process my personal data in the form of a photo, audio or video recording during the race and to its further distribution as part of marketing communication and promotion of the race.
